Wanna Create A CZ or CS Servers???? Follow My Steps...

1.Download Steam and Create one account.

2.Log in to your account

3.Click On LIBRARAY and select TOOLS

4.Download HALF-LIFE DEDICATED SERVER AND INSTALL IT

5.Open HLDS Select game type .Make ur server name.Set RCON password And Start The Server

6.OPEN http://www.whatismyip.com/  there you can see your ip adress give that ip adress to your friends followed by the port 

EXAMPLE:- MY IP ADRESS IS 183.82.90.236 

ADD THE PORT 183.82.90.236:27015

GIVE THIS IP TO YOUR FRIENDS

183.82.90.236:27015
